Gary McReynolds is a husband, father, minister, entrepreneurial businessman and certified life coach. Gary has been married to his wife Tracey for more than 36 years. They raised two children and built 8 business, All the while fulfilling his life calling of Ministry through outreach. In 2008 Gary founded what has become ReGenesis a ministry devoted to helping individuals trapped in lives of crisis, due to poverty, childhood trauma, criminal activity, and addiction. In 2019 Gary and Tracey founded Spirit Life Worship Center a thriving non-denomination church. Because of Gary’s dedication to tackle some of the toughest issues facing our society he has served on many community advisory councils and is the Chaplain to the Petersburg High football team through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He works closely with Virginia State University offering an intern program for seniors integrating nonprofits with criminal justice.

As Founder and Executive Director of ReGenesis Gary oversees 6 residential treatment homes for men and women, jail and prison ministries,Food pantries, large scale community events, Market St. Coffee shop, Blandford Construction project, and two large thrift stores which fund much of  their activities. Gary enjoys communicating the purpose of God and our identity in Christ in a direct and sometimes unconventional manner.
