Daniel Tobias brings over 10 years of management and leadership experience in the manufacturing industry and serves as the Phase II Manager for Regenesis. Daniel works closely with participants as they transition back into the workforce and independent living. He partners with employers, probation and court officials, the DMV, and community agencies to ensure program and judicial compliance. He also oversees goal planning, financial accountability, monthly progress reports, weekly house meetings, peer mentoring, conflict resolution, and leadership development, helping each participant build a strong foundation for lasting success.
