April Parrish serves as the Program Director for Regenesis, overseeing daily operations, residential recovery programs, and workforce development initiatives. With over eight years of management experience, she is an ordained minister, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, and mother of six children.

She works closely with staff, employers, probation and court officials, community partners, and local agencies while providing leadership in program development, case management, staff supervision, compliance, and strategic planning. April is committed to ensuring the mission of Regenesis is carried out with excellence and Christ-centered care.
