Nik Buckner serves as the Phase I House Manager at the House of James, overseeing the daily operations of the men’s residential recovery program. He provides peer-to-peer recovery support while assisting the Program Director with student appointments, case management, and progress reports.

With five years of management experience, Nik brings strong leadership, accountability, and compassionate care to the team, helping men build a solid foundation as they begin their recovery and reentry journey.
