Tracey is a Wife, a mother, a minister, and cofounder of Regenesis and Spirit Life Worship Center. Tracey served in the United States Army with distinction as Soldier of the Year at Fort Pickett  1995.

In 2008, she cofounded, with her husband Gary of  36 years, what is now Regenesis, one of the largest self-sustaining nonprofits in the Central Virginia region.

Tracey brings all of her leadership skills to bear, managing daily operations of two large thrift stores and Market Street Coffee Shop in Petersburg, Virginia. She also manages neighborhood construction projects, the food pantry, jail and prison ministries, marketing and social media outreach, and the logistics of 30 employees and  11 facilities.

In 2019, Tracey and her husband founded Spirit Life Worship Center in Prince George, Virginia, a thriving non-denominational church where she serves as Worship Pastor and church administrator.
